The HR Manager Dashboard
You will be presented with your manager dashboard after login. The homepage provides quick access to multiple tools that are commonly used.
Company Administrators and HR Managers can easily see items that require their attention, whether it be compliance or workforce related.
This includes:
- Expiring credentials or work rights
- Onboarding activity
- Workforce activity including:
- Tasks
- Training activity, and
- Workflows
Worker Profiles
Worker management is broken up into two sections in the Xemplo system. The Worker module contains each worker profile, while the HR module contains the processes to manage your workforce. The worker's profile will contain all of the information about the worker and the changes throughout their employment journey. Xemplo has a number of filters that can be applied so help you search for different profiles.
- HR and Administrators can click a worker’s name to view and manage:
- Salary or Wage
- Line Manager
- Recent Activities
- Profile & Basic Information
- Employment, Onboarding, Licences, Positions, and Work Rights
- Tasks
- Documents & Letters
- Workflows
- Courses
- Leave & Expense Requests
- Resend Invitation to Xemplo
- Deactivate Worker
