In this release, user enhancements and new features have been added to the Payroll Platform. below is a list of these core enhancements for your reference:
Amendments
- Client Users are now able to see a “Termination” type of amendment in the new amendment screen.
- User can now create an amendment request (allowance, deduction, salary) without knowing the rate of the employee.
- User may leave this Rate field black or enter
0as the value. This triggers the system to fetch the employee’s rate from Keypay and apply this to the amendment request. - User can still set a value for the rate for employee’s that does not have the pay rate configured or if user wants to overwrite it.
- User may leave this Rate field black or enter
- Users are now able to see amendment file attachments when viewing employee amendment details.
- Zip (along with pdf, csv, xls, and xlsx) files are now allowed to be uploaded.
- Amendment Summary is now displayed according to design.
Pay Run
- The pay run files upload & download functionality is now available from pay run prepared status up to completed.
Personas
- Users with multiple personas are now able to switch personas with the navigation panel updated.
