In this release, user enhancements and new features have been added to the Payroll Platform. below is a list of these core enhancements for your reference:
Amendments
- Confirmation message when submitting Pay Run Amendments. Modified confirmation message when company admin submits pay run amendments.
Pay Run
- Same Day Pay Run for Pay Schedule and Ad-hoc. Payroll Admins and Managers can now create pay schedule and ad-hoc pay runs.
- Edit Pay Run Milestone. Milestone dates can now be the same day.
- Ad-hoc Pay Run Milestone Dates restriction. Milestone dates is now restricted to be sequential. The day can be the same, however, time still needs to be sequential, ie. Amendment Due is earlier than the Preparation Due, and so on.
- Secondary Approvers - Payroll Admin/Managers can now add a company admin as pay run approve.
- Secondary Approvers - Payroll Admin/Managers can now remove a pay run approver.
- Secondary Approvers - Readable display for pay run approvers with multiple assigned pay schedules.
- Skip a Draft Pay Run - Allow a Draft / System Generated Pay Run to be skipped. User had to create a pay run from the system generated pay run before it is becomes available to skip.
- Pay Run Approvers - Profile Photo. Return Profile photo of the Secondary User in the user detail and list.
- Info Card for Pay Run with Approvers. Modified the Info Card for Initially Approved Pay Runs to differentiate between pay runs with final approvers.
Pay Schedule
- Edit Pay Schedule - System Admin and Payroll Admins can now edit a Pay Schedule without restriction.
User Global Notifications
- Enabled to allow announcements to be published in Global Payroll.
